I bought a whisk that broke-- I used 2x. Tried to return exchange or get a credit --they had my receipt on file. Due to their 2 week return policy they could not offer any of those. They have me a phone number for the company that made the whisk. A lot of work for a $10 whisk. Company never called back. Won't shop there ever again. Too bad bc I wanted to support local but not with this abysmal customer service. (Lucky I got a whisk and not an expensive item!)
You will find something to love to enhance any Kitchen
Over priced. I walked in and I was almost treated as a homeless person here in Bend. I COULD afford what I was looking for but wasn't going to pay those prices when I knew I could get the same cheaper, so, I walked outside, ordered the same thing on Amazon for half the price. Won't recommend.
They have had what we were looking for every time! Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. If in doubt just ask.
I love the products in this store and the people are always friendly and helpful. That being said, their return policy will prevent me from returning. I bought an inexpensive item and was denied a return a couple days later because the tags were removed. I had not even used the item. Too bad.
