Dropped my trailer off on Wednesday evening, late. 32’ Load Trail I purchased from another dealer. Spoke with the gentlemen, told them my issues and that warranty would handle it. Brand new 2026 trailer. They told me they would try to work me in, that they were very busy but they would try. I needed it to start a new job. The guys were up front, professional, and were all around great people to deal with. They called me Thursday (the next day), was able to get my trailer in, fixed, and ready to go. Most importantly, they stand behind their products. Other places will make promises and disappear when you have issues, this crew will be around to help when you need it. Shout out to Marion and crew for sticking their neck out for me. They know what customer service means.
