Charlie and the Gingerich team did a great job on my new building. The team that did the actual building was incredible! I would use them again for another build.
Overall had a good experience with Gingerich Structures. I priced a couple builders and Gingerich was the most competitive, and I liked their product. Build time was quick and I feel like they did a good job. Salesman Mike has been responsive to any concerns we have had. I would recommend building with Gingerich.
The RV building was I'm sure a small project for our rep Arlan Lapp and Gingerich structures but that didn't seem to be any less important to them. Arlan stayed on top of it for the entire project. WOULD NOT USE AGAIN. Had a 48x104 building put up in 2022. Quality of the materials seems to be decent, have had several issues with windows leaking which finally was fixed in 2025 after several return failed attempts. In doing so they had to cut the caulking around the windows. In doing so, the knife slipped and cut the trim on 6 of my 10 windows. When telling Gingerich about it we got told we were “nitpicking” and nothing was going to be done. They have replaced some scratched tin and some perfectly fine tin. But I’m sorry... read more
Had a new building put up. Getting anyone to answer a phone call and actually come out to look at things that needed repairs(stuff that they screwed up) was highly frustrating. Came out to do repairs finally and then damaged other areas of building and when asked to fix it they Stated they were not going to fix it as it did not affect the functionality of the building. Keep hearing that they will call us back and never do. Very poor customer service. Would avoid.
