Laura and Kim do a wonderful job at customer service and quality arrangements. Laura coordinated with me when the rain moved our graveside service to indoors - she placed extra greenery for an entry table and calmed my nerves out of state while ordering. The arrangement was gorgeous! Highly recommend!
EXCELLENT FLORIST!!!! Called at the last minute for a funeral… This was the day before Valentine’s Day and they had no problem taking my order and delivering QUICKLY in an EXTREMELY pleasant attitude. This is what customer service is!! Highly recommend this florist!!!!!! Grapeland is lucky to have such a wonderful florist!!!!
Sorry but the flowers I sent out on looked like they went to war and lost. Very disappointed in the product. Nothing like the picture. Won't fall for that again..
