Ordered two bouquets for a wedding. The arrangements were very very nicely put together. The only issue we had was, the brides bouquet started falling apart as she walked down the aisle.
I ordered a Boutonnière and Corsage for my son and his girlfriend's prom. When I went to pick up the items, the items were beautiful, but they didn't quite match their outfits. I didn't want to stir or cause a fuss, but the staff could tell I was not overly thrilled. Right away they were asking what could be done, they shared options of what they could do and just very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable.
