I went in for my first appointment with Madison and ran seven minutes late because I’m new to the area and made a wrong turn. She was sure to remind me that I was late and she had another client after me despite the fact that I showed up with washed hair. The whole experience was awkward, but my hair was styled in the end. I will add that her blow dry was mostly against the direction of my hair, which is super damaging, and adds a lot of frizz. I went in for a wash and blowout. It was just okay. Hair didn't have any body after she was finished.

I was in Capitola for a wedding and I booked a blow-out with Alfredo. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Booking was easy, parking is convenient, and the salon is lovely and clean. It was, without a doubt, the most relaxing blow-out I've ever had. Alfredo has a very sensitive touch, and followed my direction perfectly. It was such a great style that a guest of a guest at the wedding (whom I had only just met) complimented me on it. I only wish I lived in the area, I'd see Alfredo every week!
