If you have anxiety about going to the dentist, this is the place for you! Everyone is so friendly and compassionate. Melissa who manages the front desk is so kind and remembers unique things about everyone! I have only seen Dr. Castillo since I have been going to this dental office and he was literally born to be a dentist. This is Unbelievable, this would be my third and final time here, I went in today for my scheduled Appointment and got blown off for 1 of my treatments I scheduled for, I was told the Doctor was too busy and couldn’t perform any work on my teeth today, same Response I got the first and second time I went there. I work 12 hour shifts at night and try making time to schedule Dr visit and for them not to care and blow you off like this, Not fair… If the Doctor is too busy why schedule patient IN for that day or time???? My husband went in for a porcelain tooth(cap) and because of work, he missed some appointments, but when the tooth finally came in after being ordered and paying $500. This is what he got back. Now I’m no Dentist , but if you go in for 1 tooth why would they give you 2 (different sizes) upon requesting a refund or the cap back since they tried to hassle him to redo mold for another new cap)These are the caps.
