Very disappointed with my experience. I was charged $75, but honestly, nothing was done that justified that price. The service felt rushed and there was no noticeable difference afterward. My wife and I went in for haircuts because we wanted to treat ourselves. We walked in (same sex couple) and immediately felt unwelcome. My stylist told her stylist "that one's yours" and she looked upset. The stylist, who was the SALON MANAGER, told my wife that she could have just gone to Great Clips cause it would have been cheaper. Terrible experience and refused to refund!
Chelsea has been my stylist for years now, and this was after several years of looking for someone who would hear me and see what I see regarding some aspects of how my hair is. 2026 is my year of Embrace, and Chelsea joined me in that today, creating a fresh new look that I’m thrilled with! Before and after pics included!
Maddie was professional and did a fantastic job with my full foils. She truly is a blonde specialist!
