Some of the staff are very helpful and some of them aren't. There aren't enough Doctors. This clinic can't support the town. You need to make an appointment BEFORE you get sick and need treatment. Don't count on being seen if you call after 730 or so.
Typically the staff here is great. They’re efficient, friendly and helpful. My only complaint is a communication issue. They literally never answer the phone anymore, and there’s not even a voicemail or anything other than continuous ringing that never stops. And then they’ll call me sometimes for an appointment and if I miss the call and try calling right back there’s still no answer. They don’t always leave messages, either.
