I have a horror story with Dr Ginger Ruddy at PAC. Not only she billed me for two visits in the same day(30 min app)when I was clearly told it’s covered under my insurance, but she made sure to put me down by telling me that if I feel depressed, a state agency can take care of my new born for two weeks until I’d feel better 🤬 This happened 4 years ago so basically, she gave me no choice to treat my post partum depression out of fear that my baby would be taken away.
