I had a prescription sent here. No one ever called to tell me they didn’t have it and it was back ordered. The lead pharmacy tech was nasty about it
I just had the worst encounter with this pharmacy. The pharmacy technician got an attitude after I asked if they carried a particular medication and if not, if it were possible to order it to have my prescription filled at this location. The tech kept repeating himself saying that they don't have it but louder and angrier each time he said it. He never addressed my follow up question! This was the worst experience I've ever had with this pharmacy!
This was my first time going to a mom-and-pop pharmacy, and I’ll admit I was a little nervous since I’ve always used bigger chains like CVS or Publix when I lived up north. But honestly, my experience here was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed into such a friendly atmosphere.
