I have been on Ginger's mailing list for nearly 10 years. I am sure she is nice, perhaps brilliant, but I keep getting listings with 0 bed/0 bath. Working in many different states with many different realtors, including commercial, I have NEVER encountered this problem with ANY realtor, multi family or commercial. They are all straight forward and take the time to put the the total beds/baths in the title of the listing.
