Office sent wrong order to wrong place for MRI twice. Staff is difficult to work with because a lot of wait time in the menu and passed from person to person. Dr Medders is not helpful if you're in pain. The word is apathetic. She refers you regardless of the severity of your problem and you get in line. She called about my MRI results and said she would "reach out" to colleagues for someone who could help. Nine days and still waiting for a call from them. Make a few calls and drop the ball.
