One of the best Indian meals I have had in a long time, and somehow it is in Lynden of all places. Ginger is easily one of the best Indian restaurants in Whatcom County. We ordered the garlic naan, chicken noodles, methi malai peas, tandoori chicken, and lamb vindaloo, and every single dish knocked it out of the park.
