Incredible beef pho & the pork/pancetta sandwich/poboy is soooo delicious- the meat, the bread, and sauces. This is my new place!

Avid pho lover, tried this place twice. First visit, pho was disappointingly bland with very little flavor other than a bit of anise. They provided no utensils, basil, bean sprouts, peppers, sriracha or hoisin sauce for my takeout order. Decided to give them another try two days ago but wasted my money. Pho smelled strongly of chemicals and there was black dust on the noodles, threw it all away. This visit they did provide chopsticks, but still no basil/sprouts/peppers/sauces.

I've only been here one other time and it was exquisite! On this particular day we drove quite a distance to go as a reward for my 6 year old and although it was during their open business hours it was closed. We have quite a few good sensitivities so can't just hop over to another place, my kiddo was super disappointed and so were we, there was no sign or indication of why they were closed. It's vital this day in age that businesses update their Google hours of operation if they're closed during normal business hours.
