I moved into a Royse & Brinkmeyer Apartments property in September 2024 and have been dealing with a severe mouse infestation since day one. Despite repeated reports and providing extensive evidence, management has failed to take any meaningful action to address the issue. Have lived at the Ginger Creek Apartments since August of 2007 and I can honestly say that I don't want to be anywhere else.The Maintenance Department handles all issues that arise with care and efficiently and they are all a bunch of nice guys who actually care about doing a good job for the tenants. If I have a peeve it would be l wish that the complex would do a better job checking out the Jerks who take advantage of the fact that the complex has to allow Service Animals on the Property When the Lease clearly says No Dogs... read more
The bugs were kind of gross. They always get into the apartment and they are all over the hallway as well. Also, someone climbed up to the balcony to steal my things. I guess thats on me for assuming my stuff would be safe on a higher floor.
Washer & Dryer machines in units, top-notch maintenance, excellent groundskeepers, clean, quiet neighborhood.
