Ginger Busby is the best realtor I have ever had, and I have had quite a few in my life. She is smart, knowledgable, helpful, and interested in her client. She intuitively knew what areas I needed help with, and she got it done. She took so much stress off of me by guiding me with specific details of what to do, how to do it, and when to do it. Since I had already left the State, she actually did some of these things herself. AND she sold my house the day it was listed! I recommend her highly to EVERYONE.
