Waited 30+ minutes for an order. Don't come here unless you're willing to wait a really long time. This place is ridiculous actually
Food was good, staff was super rude.
The counter help seemed in a hurry, not personable, not very helpful for a first time customer. She just expected me to understand how to order in this Chipotle-style layout where your order is 100% customized. Luckily there were some signs. I chose a brown rice based bowl which means that 50% or more of the food in the bowl is the base food. Unfortunately, the brown rice was very undercooked and very hard to chew. Been here several times. Food is always fresh and delicious. Service is always top notch. Highly recommend.
