Called them for an "Ice Dam" - The person over the phone had me saying it several time over and over because she could not understand my not so "hard accent". She was definitely amused but decided to tell me "We don't deal with those". Since the website stated: " In addition to removing ice dams from your roof and gutters "... I guess she mean you don't deal with foreigners?
I loved the crew that did my roof. They were very quick and efficient. My new roof is beyond my expectations.
