Ever since they changed staff I believe it's a new owner. The girls there are horrible. I called in an order, the order was never placed. If I walked in they had a face of unwanting to serve a customer. Treated the young boys well but not the women unless they looked well put together. I preferred the old staff. Never coming back and neither will the people i know.
Food was really good once we got it corrected. Potato salad was fantastic. Girl at cash register was very friendly. The blonde filling drinks and orders was maybe having a bad day. Food order was wrong. No pepper in the pepper shaker. Looked at me like I was crazy when I told them it was empty. $3.99 for a soft drink, diet Dr Pepper. Very mixed experiences. Sometimes the staff are really friendly, sometimes they don't give you the time of day. Some food has been delicious. Like the pollo bandito bowl, is fantastic. But recently tried the Arizona smoothie. It tasted mostly like Greek yogurt, not fruit. The consistency was runny yogurt, not like a fruit smoothie.
