Can’t say enough good things about GTF. Have been a member here for over a year now and I don’t see myself ever going anywhere else. Gina and all of the trainers are fantastic, truly care, and most importantly in my eyes… they also practice what they preach, and lead by example! Highly recommend.

I've been going to GTF for almost a year. This is not just a gym, it is a community full of people (trainers and clients alike) that are open and so welcoming to new people. I do the group classes while tough, after each one I feel stronger and full of energy! GTF for life!

I have been going to Gina's Total Fitness for 4 years and have loved every minute! The group classes are taught by knowledgeable and friendly coaches and are attended by a variety of people who welcome you in to their close-knit community. This community is a testament to Gina herself, who coaches classes, does personal training, and comes up with ways to keep GTF exciting and fun. She has made this place a home for people that drive from all over Connecticut to attend!
