Gina's strive to excel. You can expect every dish to be above average. The only dish I had that I perceived to be average was Gina's potato salad. But this dish was a strategic decision. It was prepared as a neutral dish - something everyone can eat. Gina's pork barbecue is excellent and Gina goes the extra mile by serving warm barbecue sauce. This makes a huge difference! The best item Gina fixes is a sliced chicken breast lightly spiced - probably heavy paprika.
Had the honors of her catering our summer camp!! Food was delicious and the staff was amazing with staff and students. Hope we can use Gina's again in the future. She will be missed!!
