They are just the best! Super nice, accommodating, honest... they are very good at what they do! Im so excited to wear my Gina's gown in December!
I had the most wonderful experience at this boutique. After shopping for months I was so happy to have been sent to this store. It's a gorgeous store and looks so high end but their prices are so reasonable and the staff is so welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend to any brides looking for dresses for themselves or their bridesmaids.
At first, we were very pleased with Gina's, but were ultimately very disappointed with their service and ESPECIALLY by Paulita in alterations. For my first two dress fittings, no changes had been made to the dress whatsoever - everything was only pinned into place. For my last fitting (and only fitting where everything was sewn), Paulita didn't even show up! My daughter's wedding is autumn 2011. During a summer 2010 window shopping day in downtown Milford, she and I decided to see if we could drop in to browse Gina's salon. (Generally, bridal shops require an appointment. Not even the discount store David's Bridal would allow us in without one and literally turned us out the door.) I was so happy to have found the perfect dress. Then at Gina's suggestion I let the seamstress who worked out of her store do the alterations. When I got the dress back I cried. I could have done a better job myself. She had taken all the extra fabric and just folded it over on the inside and tacked it down. The sides are now all bunched up and the seams on the outside are now very noticably uneven. When I tried to complain to Gina I was told that it had been my choice to use this seamstress.
