When I called to see if this shop would do two little girls hair for a wedding, First I got a guy who had no idea what I was talking about and then direct me to the salon owner. When I asked her if she could do their hair on September 2, she had attitude stating "That's labor day weekend and I don't do hair then". All she had to say was no; there is no way I would bring my kids to a service salon where she cant be professional an answer my question. Just plain unprofessional.
