Ana is very kind when she speaks to clients but there is so much lack of communication. My partner has been in a process for about 2 years and they still don’t have any answers to give him. All the times my partner has spoken to Ana it’s because he has reached out to her, not because they call him updating him whatsoever. They are kind but should definitely work on communication skills with the client.
