We offer a choice of private personal training sessions. 1:1, 2:1 or small group 45 minute sessions. Whether you’re training to lose weight, want to gain muscle, improve fitness or just keep active, our programs will help you do that. It’s never a competition at our Fitness studio… we are all about working on improving your own health and doing what is best for you without causing injury.

Gina is a great trainer that keeps in mind my injuries and adjusting the training plan for me.She makes the training interesting by changing the training plan every session, Gina gives me great advice on food and nutrition plan. Thank you Gina you are amazing
