UPDATE. No longer accepting my ins. 1 month notice with followup procedure scheduled in 1 month. Can’t get a human to ask for med recs to new dr. Now I have to find a fax machine for that request snd then it takes 15 days! I should have known better than to go back to this practice! This office has REALLY changed for the better. I have seen Dr Wideroff once and I was very happy with our appointment. Then she went on medical leave and I had to see her PA Kelly. She gave me medication samples which worked well. She told me that she would have it sent to me by a special pharmacy and sent to me. After 2 weeks I finally got a form to fill out. Never got the meds. The new assistant John whose voice mail says Nick changed my prescription to my pharmacy which I did not want him to do. So I lost a free month of medication.
