Great Service, Felt Like Family... – I can't begin to say how pleased I was with my experience with Gina and her staff at State Farm. They answerred my questions, guided me toward the products I needed, and away from pricey ones I didn't, and treated me like family. I will recommend her highly to all of my friends.
Great Agency – Gina Epperly's agency at State Farm has always done a great job for me and my family. They have taken excellent care of us when we had two different claims. Her staff is very knowledgeable and caring and are always available whenever we have any questions. Gina has always helped us personally and we feel like she is a friend of the family. We think she is great and so is her staff. We would highly recommend her to anybody.
Very satisfied with my agent – I have been using Gina Epperly as my agent since I moved to Raleigh back in 1994. There are many choices for insurance, but over the years Gina has remained competitive and has been with me through many life changes: marriage, kids, auto losses, and home purchases. We currently have most of our major lines of insurance with her. When life has thrown us a curve ball, Gina and her staff have been available and helpful. I would recommend her to others.
Upset Mother – My daughter was in a no fault accident which left her without a car to drive. The other insurance company, USAA who are the rudest most unprofessional group of people you will ever talk to on the phone!! They will not extend the car rental until my daughter receives her check from USAA. This will leave her without a car for God knows how long.
