Usually, a nice experience coming to this hairdresser. My latest appointment I was waiting an hour in the chair, I was not offered anything to drink, acknowledged or spoken too within that time by any of the staff - don't even think anyone actually looked at me. Wasn't until I had asked how much longer id be waiting was I told they were a staff member down, which is so fine it happens, however some sort of communication would have been greatly appreciated. Very friendly ladies, I desperately needed a hair cut after months of trauma and avoidance. They were kind, gentle and made me feel beautiful and satisfied. Thank you for thinning out my very thick hair nicely.
Lovely staff and atmosphere
Went for our 10 month old bub's first haircut. Bella did an amazing job. She was very patient & friendly throughout the haircut. Highly recommended.
