DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE. During peak Covid I was struggling and desperately looking for therapy. I found Dr. Smith and called her office and told her I can’t afford much and asked what options she had. She told me my insurance covered FREE tele-health sessions during the pandemic. Under that context I signed on with her. Several weeks later I get a call saying SHE made a mistake and I was in fact NOT covered and now owed close to $1,000 for unpaid sessions I had.
