I’ve dealt with multiple providers in this office and have always been treated with kindness and compassion. I have been seen both in office and via telehealth and have had great experiences both ways. I do like the video chat feature as it helps me work a session into a busy day. All of the office staff have been very helpful and accommodating when I call to schedule or pay my balance. Thank you all for all your hard work!
Absolutely awful experience. The psychologist was rude before I even walked in the door when I was trying to figure out where the entrance was. I walked out in all of 15 minutes because she seemed to have no grasp of what I was trying to say and I had to keep re-explaining myself to her. I’ve seen more done in a therapists office and this experience I wouldn’t recommend to anyone especially with how she handled herself. I’m now being billed for a session that wasted my time. If you have issues with the lack of professionalism at this or any other medical facility, file a formal complaint with NYS Dept of Health, Board of Professional Medical Conduct. There are far too many rogue psychologist around now. Im guessing it's a lack of training along with the government not doing it's job to reign these people in. The power lies with due dillegence to report them. I strongly suggest avoiding this fly by night facility or anyone associated with them. Very unprofessional operation!

Had a provider for 15 years. Due to circumstances changed providers and was told i could always return. About 2 (awful) months after leaving i reached out requesting to see the provider again. I received no message or call. I took this very hard. Someone with real cptsd and abandonment issues felt like if my own therapist of 15 years can't reach back out there's no hope for me.
