My experience was good. She's been helpful and given me great life changing advise. No complains here.
Gina is useless and condescending. Advised me to go to Phase 3 instead of Phase 2, just getting off the liquid portion of the post op. Does not take the time to explain things and expects you to figure out everything. I will not see her again !! If Lillian is out, I will reschedule !!!!!!!!!
If I wasn't so self motivated to have weight loss surgery, one meeting with Gina Sweat would have sent me running the other directions 100mph. She is a condescending woman with a severe lack of compassion. I'm not sure why she continues to have a job as I know countless people who refuse to see her at the Cleveland Clinic. Her job is to educate, motivate, and help her patients, not make them want to cry & hide. I do not think she deserves the privilege of working at such a prestigious hospital.
