Gina is an intelligent and compassionate person with a big heart. We did group meditation workshops for many weeks and Gina was organised and very effective in getting all of us to work through our flaws. Highly recommend!
Gina herself is a good Psycologist very experienced. However this business has Absolutely deplorable communication between the Secretary Staff both internally and to Clients. Trying to make an appointment here will drive you insane. As of writing this review I Have Been waiting over a month for a call from them to schedule my next appointment..... Terrible ... Rang and emailed several times but Gina never returned by call .... how rude...
I do not recommend Gina for family violence issues. I was in a violent relationship. Before I left the relationship we sought counselling with Gina as I thought it could change with counselling. During a session Gina told me hitting a child is necessary sometimes, I had a baby at the time. I know that psychology research shows smacking is definitely not recommended and research details harmful psychological effects of it. I found this advice from her unprofessional especially since I was suffering physical abuse at the time.... read more
