An order was placed for delivery, instead of providing a total for the delivery, they simply said "they'll be there" and hung up. When the driver arrived, the total came to an outrageously large sum. We grit our teeth and agreed to pay, however, the card reader on the delivery driver's phone [most likely a personal phone, showing a heavy lack of professionalism] declined the card.
