i have prescribing challenges - nothing that fits neatly into charts. took a 9 page report i commissioned with citations to describe them handed one copy to front desk and another to Gina Mathews - nothing showing in charts - duty of care failure/negligence. if im ever at a banner facility unable to communicate like car accident there is risk they will not be able to provide appropriate care and risk my life also in the banner intake forms i was asked to give up rights, i crossed off sections i disagreed with including spec... read more
I have had type 1 diabetes for almost 20 years. After meeting Dr. Mathew this summer, she suggested I try some new tech to improve my glucose control. I finally got the devices and training and in less than a week, this is life changing for me. No more extreme highs and lows. Dr. Mathew talked to me as a patient with knowledge, but not with judgement. I've seen a lot of endos over the years and I highly recommend!
Been trying to get refill and so has Walgreens. Since 10/21/25 When I call you sit on hold even when it says less than 2 minutes. Trying to find another doctor that actually refills prescriptions
Gina Matthews is very kind and she listens to all your questions and answers them. She’s the best endocrinologist and I highly recommend Dr. Matthews.❤️
The office cancelled my appointment and rescheduled me, when I got there they said I never rescheduled after I cancelled! I never did I waited over 2 months for this appointment now they said I could make an appointment at the end of December! Would Not Recommend!
