Been trying to get refill and so has Walgreens. Since 10/21/25 When I call you sit on hold even when it says less than 2 minutes. Trying to find another doctor that actually refills prescriptions
Gina Matthews is very kind and she listens to all your questions and answers them. She’s the best endocrinologist and I highly recommend Dr. Matthews.❤️
The office cancelled my appointment and rescheduled me, when I got there they said I never rescheduled after I cancelled! I never did I waited over 2 months for this appointment now they said I could make an appointment at the end of December! Would Not Recommend!
I keep calling to get a prescription refilled and they say they will do it but they never do. I've been without my meds for a month.
Would leave 0 stars if I could . Awful doctor that doesn’t care about her patients well being . Didn’t fill prescriptions after saying she would . Type 1 diabetics can’t live without insulin , had to call on call doctor to send in refill after hours. Never sent in prescription for blood sugar monitor so strips were useless. Cancelled virtual appointments then said I was a no show . They lie so much ! I spoke to office manager and I do NOT recommend Dr Gina Mathews to any diabetic at all!!
