Over 3 months wait to see a healthcare person at all, NP or otherwise. OVER TWO MONTHS for video appointments, and they still reject my refills for no reason other than 'needing an appointment' which they NEVER call to schedule, they just reject my daily medication. When I call to schedule the appointments they don't seem to be able to call me about, I wait 40 minutes on the line to be told I'm actually speaking with a call center worker, and the office doesn't take calls... I love the office and working with Gina! She’s patient and listens to my needs. I don’t feel rushed and the follow up by her or her staff is great.
Gina is awesome. She always listens and never treats you like you're ridiculous for asking questions. She is prompt when I message her through the my mercy app and is always informative! She is thebest medical practioner I have been to. Thanks Gina!
