Hands down, the best urologist I’ve ever had. Compassionate care, professionalism and dr Kirkpatrick’s expertise 😊
First let me say that I think Dr. K is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. Having said that, I think that because she is so good she was constantly overbooked creating long wait times for her patients. The nurses and front office staff were very nice, friendly and professional. I also had a couple of months where my appointments were rescheduled multiple times including a surgical follow up appointment. Please do not waste your time on this urology office. Too many times my appointments have been canceled and then when I actually did go to an appointment that was not canceled I was waiting for 2 hours just to be seen. I had other appointments that day so I had to cancel that appointment just so I could go to my second appointment because they were running behind and they knew before I got there that they were running behind so they should have called me in the morning to let me know hey can you come at 1:00 instead of at yo... read more
Let me just start by saying I never ever leave bad reviews about anything but if I can stop one person from wasting their time here then I’ll at least try. I arrived at 10:39 for an 11:00 appointment. I am aware I arrived early, however this was for a in office procedure so I was instructed to arrive by 10:45. I fill out everything needed and have a seat, like I said expecting to wait. 11:20 hits and I am still waiting, however the 11:30 patient arrives at this point.
