I’ve been to other therapists since this locations thankfully, I’ve had much better experiences. I’ve told them about my recent experience with my first counselor which was named Michelle. She had asked me at my first consultation to write down some things I would benefit from for anxiety. I show up the next session; she had forgotten she asked for these things & blew it off. Horrible individuals, refuse to response when people need help. And don't say you respond to every email blah blah blah. I emailed twice and called twice throughout the past 2 weeks. Lazy
I have tried to get a hold of them for over a month trying multiple times. Have not heard from a single person here. You say that you answer every email, yet I have emailed multiple times, filled out the same form twice for multiple different therapists, and called probably 20 times and gotten no word back. So I find that a little funny you say that.
I had a personal referral to this company and I have left messages and emails for the counselors but have received no response. Your reviews are good and I would appreciate a phone call or email if you are taking new clients, if not please let me know.
