Dr. Higgins and her team have taken care of my smile for more than 20 years, and I truly can’t imagine going anywhere else. This office is warm and welcoming. All the staff are genuinely nice and helpful. Lori, Morgan, Amber and Melanie are the best! Dr. Higgins is awesome and down to earth. She will tell you the truth; to get the results, follow the plans.
Everyone at the office did an excellent job. UPDATE…Dr. Johnson-Higgins entire staff is to be commended for excellent service! I am ever impressed with the level of professionalism and top tier customer service. Dr. Johnson-Higgins has paid attention to every detail in making everyone feel welcome and included. I saw a public Instagram comment from this dentist’s account (@drginadmd) that said: “You may hate us but honestly? The things wrong with YOUR teeth are YOUR fault! [laughing and thumbs up emojis]. And my teeth are perfect. [middle finger emojis, laughing emojis].” Regardless of context, that kind of language about patients is concerning and not what I’d expect from a healthcare professional.
I have gone to Gina’s office for over a decade and I can’t say a single bad thing about all my experiences with Dr. Higgins or any of her staff. They have always gone above and beyond. They make me feel at home and have removed all of the negative stigma of going to the dentist from my mind. I would recommend them to anyone in the Lexington area!!
