Felt very comfortable, a very professional environment, and everyone was very attentive. I spoke to Gina the day before when she gave me my anesthesia shots and then Gina saw me when I visited the office. Also, we had spoken to Lauren, who was a nurse on call the night before when I was having a fair amount of oozing.
