My experience with Dr. Heal has been wonderful. She explains things well, really listens to any concerns, and takes into consideration all factors that might impact treatment. I never feel rushed. She’s kind and knowledgeable, and always responds quickly. So glad she is my doctor!
Dr Heal is an excellent doctor. She goes above and beyond to listen to you and makes sure you have had your concerns addressed. She is spot on in diagnosing and ordering test to help identify what might be going on. You can not find a more caring, compassionate, competent doctor. She is the best!!
This boutique doctor was suppose to be taking care of my mother as her primary care doc. My mom was admitted to Community Hospital for over a week with no visit or call from Dr Heal. NOTHING. I called and asked why and all I got was that Dr Heal is very busy. My mom pays a exorbitant monthly fee on top of her Medicare being billed for each visit. This doctor is completely incompetent as far as I can see. She ordered a bunch of tests after I called them and complained to the receptionist. That way she can say she did somethin... read more
