I spoke to Bill today to update one of my bundled policies. His customer service and knowledge of what I needed to do was outstanding. I've used the Roadside Service option three times and the customer service I got then was outstanding too. From the tow truck driver to the corporate woman on the phone call, I was treated with concern and respect. I've been a client of Gina Gwynne's State Farm agency for over 25 years and I recommend her agency to all my family and friends.
Gina is the first person I met when I moved to Nashville in 1993, I have been with her agency since then, it's hard to believe it 32 years. Everyone who works with Gina is amazing they are always friendly and helpful. Gina here's to the next 32 years :) Love you all.
