I've used Gina Gwynne State Farm since moving to Nashville over 30 years ago. She and her office people including Bill and Lisa have been available when I need them, and I've never had an issue that wasn't fixed fast. I heartily recommend Gina as an insurance agent. I own three vehicle and a house - all insured with her.
There are always things that people can have issues with at an insurance company. I work for a competitor in the IT field. I know that. You need an agency that will give you the right advice at the agency level and go to bat for you when you have issues with a claim or an adjuster. With 14 policies and properties changing hands regularly I needed an insurance agent who understands my needs and can respond quickly. I got just that with Gina and her fantastic team. Lisa and Bill give out great advice based on years in the industry and offer fast courteous customer service. Very satisfied.
