My husband and I had been with Statefarm for over 23 years. When my husband passed away in an accident in 2019 I had to send proof of his death to Gina’s office, which I sent twice, one thru fax and one thru email. They still kept his name and email on my account. They sent emails on one of my claims (house flooded due to a toilet pipe burst) to his email that I never received due to the fact that his email had been closed. I have been with Gina Gwynne’s office since the late 1990s. Even when our little family moved from Nashville to Spring Hill in 2000, we stayed with her office because of the outstanding customer service! No other group of people, including outside the insurance business, can match the genuine care and compassion of her staff.
