Dr. Drugas was cold, dismissive, and condescending. It felt as though she had Friday afternoon plans that I was interrupting. I felt like an inconvenience and a pest to her. I went because I didn't feel good and was concerned about my health and she made me feel like an idiot. I actually left the appointment crying. Would not recommend and will not be returning to her.
Walked in and right away had an unfriendly demeanor and was rude. Didn’t show any care or concern. Dismissed my issues and overall was such a humiliating experience. Did not smile even once, felt like she was judging everything I said. Would not recommend her to anyone
She walked in the room very unfriendly. She acted in an awkward manner the whole time. She clearly did not want to see me again by her comment of "if this persists go see your primary care physician". She mentioned that multiple times. The only other time I have been told to follow up with my primary care physician was after being seen in the ER. Due to her lack of empathy at my visit, I will not see her again nor will I recommend her to others.
I’m not sure what the cause of her annoyance was but it was obvious she wasn’t thrilled to see me. Very condescending, I think she actually rolled her eyes. Definitely will not see her again.
