What can I say about Gina Cabot… she helped me navigate the uncertainty associated with purchasing a new home. Gina was always available to me to answer questions, help with emails, documents which needed to be sent, signed and given attention. There was never a time I could not reach her, texts and phone calls were answered quickly and she was always patient with my questions. I cannot recommend Gina enough. She is quick to respond and full of knowledge! Gina is not only professional but is enjoyable to be around and work with. I truly value her dedication to make sure everything goes smoothly and deals get done. Gina is the best!

Gina was so patient with our search. We had no idea what we wanted. We must have seen 75 homes with her in a 30mile radius; sometimes 8-12 in a day. After each session we discussed the likes & dislikes. Finally we knew what we wanted and found our home. It is a fixer upper. Who knew? It was also a short sale & despite our impatience Gina always took the time to discuss our options. We are still in fixer upper phase but know we are where we want to be. New roof on. Wall down.
