Gina made the process of buying so effortless and… actually enjoyable! Which is shocking considering all the necessary legalities and bureaucratic red tape that typically is associated with real estate (especially with the banks and title companies). Gina is a great communicator and promptly had answers for all of my questions. She made difficult negotiations a breeze and I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Gina!
I had a very bad experience with Gina. She did not act in my best interests or perform all her required duties for me during the transaction. This has cost me dearly, especially as a senior citizen. Then after the transaction, she did something very unprofessional and unethical, and hurtful to me. She never owned up to her mistakes or misdeeds and did not apologize for them.
