I am so ashamed and upset that I trusted this company with my belongings. I moved from NM to MD and they lost half of my precious items. Items I’ve had my whole life. They took 7 weeks to deliver and they were expensive. They have one of the worst front desk receptionist I have ever dealt with, Renee is extremely rude. I wrote a BBB review and she had the audacity to call me on my cell phone and call me a B*tch and verbally harass me cussing the entire conversation. She demanded I remove the BBB review.
