It was extremely easy to rent a unit. They worked with us and when a larger unit became open they allowed us to move our smaller units into it without any hassle. We had no problems in the several years we rented our units.
I rented a covered RV slot at Gin Creek Storage for about 3 years and never had an issue. It was well worth the price to know our RV was secured behind a gate, fence and under cover all the time. They are in the middle of town so it is convenient to get to when you need to just drop by. There is also plenty of room to maneuver large vehicles around their lot and they have easy access to Beebe Capps and I57.
We needed a unit till we were able to move into our house, and the unit we rented was clean, easy to get to , with no hassles . The lock and key were easy to use . Location is great and the manager does a wonderful job with helping with any needs to concerns. Highly recommend the storage facility .
Rented here for a couple years. Only had a slight issue after they first opened but they corrected it very fast and very professionally! Great place and great prices, very clean!
Very Clean & secure climate controlled storage! Very close to Harding campus making it easy for move out & move in days. So conveniently located and a good price for the small unit. We paid 60.00 / mo. Extremely easy online process to sign up for a rental & setup auto pay online - set it and forget it. Also, extremely easy move out & cancel process online. Overall, we had a great experience with Gin Creek & would highly recommend!
