I had an outstanding experience with this shop and can’t recommend them enough. I originally brought my car in because I thought I had a power steering leak and also wanted a full safety inspection. Instead of jumping straight to unnecessary repairs, they thoroughly cleaned the engine bay, added leak detection dye, and confirmed that there were no power steering leaks. The following is a relatively biased review, the last two vehicles we purchased were through GIN AutoworkS. Last year (2024)after GIN AutoworkS started operations (in a building purchased from a now closed auto dealer), we experienced a specialty product as noted on the GIN website i.e. we were on the purchasing end of a repaired Genesis which has proved to be a really good car for us. Greg communicated openly and honestly about the Subaru Outback, which I ended up purchasing. He was very responsive to any question I had, and answered in great detail. I sensed he was passionate about the car and his profession, and that he puts a lot of work into his vehicles and takes pride in them. He followed up with me to see how the car was doing. I purchased the car about 7 months ago and it has run smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to return to him to look for another vehicle.
