Booked in for 7pm on 12/11 for a joint birthday meal for me and my partner. Paid for a taxi to drive us to town, paid and organised child care only to get to the restaurant for it to be shut. NOT ONE CALL OR EMAIL TO CANCEL OR MOVE THE BOOKING!!! A small sign on the door that you would be closed due to unforeseen circumstances. How in todays world could you not call to tell us?? If I could leave 0 stars I would… Absolutely awful customer service and gutted!!
Nice food. The calamari small plate supplemented with olives made a good main as didn't want much. My wife had the sea bass. Both really tasty.
Food is always good, and good value for money - friendly staff, would recommend booking on busy nights
Went to try it out for date night, 9pm before a movie at 10.45. Fridays are always a real test of customer service because of how busy they always are at most restaurants. Firstly, LOVE the decor, really nice atmosphere. The huge screen behind the bar with a shark livestream was ...huge. Genuinely in awe.
