Took my 2002 mercury for tune up and new ignition coil. They only replaced 1 spark plug , said everything eles looked good? And the coil. When I picked up my car the coil was only firing on 4 cylinders. Took it back, got another coil. Car was worse than before. Changed O2 sensors, car still running like crap! I told them to just stop. I was upset. When asked to do tune up, and you only replaced 1 plug, and then install a bad coil, 2 of them, then change O2 sensor for no reason. And my car barely runs now! Good honest mechanics
I have had Bruce as a mechanic for 21 years. Who's been awesome? Always did a payment plan with me. Up until he had somebody working for him. That was working to make the shop. A better facility also took over the office wiped everything out. Try to make it better for management and for all the billing. It means so so much to a customer. When you have an auto mechanic that understands a customer has a medical disability and it's on a fixed income especially when they can work with you on a payment plan. I highly recommend this auto repair shop!! My elderly fathers vehicle needed significant repairs done and being on a fixed income was worrisome! Then we found Gimpy's and he saved him a ton of money and was treated fairly. Great customer service!! I will surely use them in the future for all of my car repair needs! Thanks again!!
